The cool dude Avinash Mukherjee shares his fitness secrets!
Avinash Mukherjee is one popular actor who is a fit and hit actor (currently seen in Sasural Simar Ka 2). We asked if his fitness journey is affected by Monsoon he says, “ Yes definitely as Mumbai monsoons are crazy, however, I make sure to not change my workout timings and have an active lifestyle. So sometimes when I am unable to go to the gym because of heavy rains I make sure to complete my workout at home by doing bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges as they are excellent to build your muscle strength. I workout four days a week for 40-45 minutes, so my workout is a mix of weight training and cardio”. On asking about his diet he says, “ I prefer a simple staple diet of veg, dal, curd, and jowar roti..dinners are generally grilled fish and steamed vegetables. I make sure to have sufficient protein intake. As far as skincare goes I drink a lot of water and I use Aloe Vera gel and of course, I maintain a positive attitude in my life”.
