TV shows with song titles do well, here’s why!

‘Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha’ to ‘Woh Toh Hai Albela’, ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hai’, and ‘Mose Chhal Kie Jaye’ – TV shows with song names have always thrived! These celebs tell JYOTHI VENKATESH why!

Anuj Sachdeva

I don’t think that it makes any connection with the audience. I believe the show itself has to have an impact. These rhyming names are probably kept so that it’s easier to remember the names. There are so many shows and so much content coming every day, so I think it’s easy to keep it with the song for remembering. Ultimately, after a month, short forms replace names.

Sudha Chandran

Yes, these names help you to reconnect some favourite songs of yours, so immediately that connection strikes. There is a chord that strikes between the serial and the audience and it’s magical and has worked wonders. The moment you hear these titles, you start humming the songs and once you hum you want to see what the serial is all about.

Mitu

It connects better. But the real challenge is for the makers to make sure that they don’t lose the connection and use the title as legendarily as the immortal song.

Delnaaz Irani

It does connect in a special way with the audience. I personally love it. In our show time and again when the song is played its beautiful, it helps to take a strong scene to greater heights.

Ayush Anand

Of course, it does initially to pull in the audience to set the base however it becomes equally challenging for the makers to justify and match up to the standards set by such evergreen songs
