Cult.fit’s newest workout format will give you the ultimate ‘Burn’
Known for its variety of engaging and effective workout formats, cult.fit – India’s largest fitness platform – announces the launch of its exciting new format ‘Burn’ – its first key launch since the onset of the pandemic.Cult.fit’s hugely popular formats, like HRX, Dance Fitness, S&C, and Yoga, have been a massive hit with its users over the years. ‘Burn’ is the latest addition to this and will be offered at cult.fit centres in Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune.The format goes live on 1st June, with slot bookings having opened on 29th May.
Cult.fit commemorated this milestone launch in Mumbai with an event where famous sister-duo Anusha and Shibani Dandekar took part in a super-charged ‘Burn’ demonstration and engaged with cult superusers.An event was also held in Bengaluru in the presence of popular fitness influencers in the city.
What is ‘Burn’?
A survey of members suggested that while they enjoyed High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT), they were also looking for a program with the benefits of HIIT but with a slightly lower impact and heightened focus on strength and skill building.
The answer to this led to the creation of ‘Burn’.
Created by Rishabh Telang, fitness expert at Cult.fit, ‘Burn’ is a workout format that combines high-intensity lower-impact training with other key elements of fitness like strength, mobility, and skill-building in a balanced way. It allows people to progress over time, build strength, and ensure higher calorie burn, hence, making it ideal for beginners too.
